Asset Care Advisory Private Limited was incorporated by Late Mrs. Prabha Narottam Udeshi and Mr. Haresh N. Udeshi in the year 2005. We, have remained a closely held company from incorporation till date. From the year 2010 onwards, the company has made several investments into Listed Large Cap Equity

The original inspiration for launching Asset Care Advisory Private Limited was to set up Insurance Broking. For many years after its inception, the company acted as an insurance advisor with various Insurers and as a service provider with various Banks. From 2010 onwards, the insurance portfolio is being managed through the Directors individual agency code with Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited

Asset Care Advisory Private Limited became a single ownership company in November, 2023 wherein Haresh N Udeshi holds 100 % of the paid-up capital

The company’s activities comprises primarily of investing in long term investments in equity shares, property and new business ventures The major sources of income of the company consist of service fees, dividend and profit on sale of investments.
